Looks really promising. Gonna buy it once it's on sale. I had a similar concept back when I was in high school, but the development never progressed past the tech-demo stage.
Pathologic. An absolutely overlooked gem due to the horrible translation. It's a plague survival game set in a small Russian stepe town. Deep story and amazing characters - my all time favourite.
Earplugs. I don't have noisy neighbors but I sleep til after noon cause I work til dawn and the sound of life outside my apartment makes sleep suck. I have started wearing earplugs and a sleep mask. Helps alot.
Didn't help me when I was living with the loud roommates. Could still hear the bass woofing.
