Haha really? The impression you got from that video was "hey these controls look smoother and more accurate than the regular ones!"? I mean I know there's a learning curve involved but even so, you're never going to get the precision out of a Wiimote that's comparable to mouse or controllers.
I wonder what it would look like if they remade the opening cinematic on the reflex version.
