This game is clearly the choice for this week's TNT, but let me just explain why it will be awesome by comparing it to the previous TNT games. 
 
SSF4: That was entertaining, but only 1v1, and only 5 or 6 people in the lobby. 
Reach: It was fun, but with only two maps it got kinda boring. 8 people per match. 
Skate 3: TBH, I never watched it, but I think the largest Skate matches could be are 8, correct me if I am wrong. 
 
Red Dead Redemption: 16 people, posses, huge maps, variety of game-modes.  
 
I am conflicted if they should just do freeroam the entire time, which I think would be cool, but it would probably be best to mix it up with some of the structured game-modes.  
 
I think that instead of just having one Giantbomb representative in the game, there should be multiple people. Imagine having two people, they could each lead their own posses, and the stream could switch between the two. 
 
Hopefully I will be able to get into one match, really looking forward to it.

Wait till Monday and they will let us know via bombcast. 

everyone has been saying its RDR for weeks mate, the other new releases are Alan Wake and Prince Of Persia, neither have multiplayer

i hope not, unless i get my UK copy early i won't be able to play :( 

I hope the game arrives at my house a day earlier like pretty much all the games I buy. It comes out on Friday here in the UK so I could miss it. If I do get it the day before I might just try and join the GBTNT posse. If it comes Friday, at least I'll get to see some cool gameplay with some GiantBomb commentary before it arrives :)

I hope not...otherwise just like the SSFIV TNT, alot of EURO players will be left out =/. Try a classic multiplayer for once, they did say they'de branch into them soon enough.

Didn't the staff was kinda meh towards RDR? At least they didn't sound too excited when it was brought up in a bombcast, that's what makes me doubt the chance of TNT featuring RDR.

It would be nice, but I doubt it. They'll probably play something else instead.

You do realize that GTA IV was their game of year for 2008? GTA IV was well liked by the staff so i am curious why RDR hasn't achieved the same level of exciment for them, maybe they just don't like westerns. "

Yeah, Giantbomb isn't a power-hyper, like IGN for example. 
 
Once it is out I am sure they will talk about it quite a bit.

I'm kind of looking forward to the lean times of game releases when TNT does some older games. How great would it be if they start playing stuff like TF2 or Worms or something?

on last weeks tnt they were discussing this weeks tnt and the first thing outta Ryan's mouth was Red Dead so i think it's a pretty good chance they will be playing it.

Wouldn't be surprised, they did say that TNT was mostly for newly released games which have online modes/features and RDR could be so much fun for a TNT.
