I was able to get into only one game session. Because the beta for some reason had a hard time finding a match. But from what I've played I wasn't too impressed with it. People kept using force fields and cloak during most of the game, and after awhile the game started feeling like cod. It has a frantic arcade feel to it.. But anyway has someone else played the beta if so whats your thoughts?

I haven't but I am very interested in it as I did enjoy Resistance 2, but I have been playing Global Resistance which is a cool little web browser based game.
 
Have you played Resistance 2 multiplayer? Because that had a very arcade-like feel to it.

i liked the Resistance 2 multiplayer but unfortunately i started playing it when most people had already moved on to other games....

@Bucketdeth: I've played all of the resistance games. But resistance 3 multiplayer I wasn't digging to much. It could have been because of all the annoying perks people kept using.

I just hope that resistance 3 single player campaign is good.

I haven't played the beta, though from what I've seen it looks painfully generic and so much of a CoD ripoff that it's depressing. The animations look kinda funky too, like how the character models run in fixed animations for their upper bodies like it's 2004 again. 
 
The single player I'm still pretty stoked about and has some promise, but the multiplayer doesn't look like it'll steal away nearly as many hours as the first two Resistances. Plus Fuck not having the eight player coop mode return =/

well the single player was pretty good, far from finished though, framerate was really spotty, but I liked it, it felt more like the first one than the second one did. also they did a lot of screen effects like what killzone did.

I really liked the multiplayer, I loved the limited health stuff, but still in a pinch you can use it to get yourself back into them. kill streak stuff was cool as it integrates what is expected in a fps with out being a clone of all the others. I will defiantly pick it up.

not sure what all the lag issues is about, then again this was probably in a closed network. I remember waiting in line to twisted metal and they switch networks.
