Richard Ho began his career at Atari, before moving to Midway to work on the Mortal Kombat series. In 2000, he co-founded Studio Gigante with former Midway employees from the Mortal Kombat team. When that studio closed in 2005, he found employment at EA Chicago until it was closed in 2007. He then helped co-found Robomodo studios with former EA Chicago employees, some of whom he had worked with at both Studio Gigante and Midway before it.
