Robert Pelloni aka Bob is the creator of the game known as Bob's Game. Pelloni has been working on the game independently for five years and contacted Nintendo to have his game published by them because he is a big Nintendo fan. Once his proposal for bringing Bob's Game to the Nintendo DS was rejected, Pelloni began a viral campaign to try and bring his game to more people's attention.
Bob began a 100 day lock-in where he planned to remain in his room for 100 days until Nintendo contacted him with news of his game being published. Pelloni recorded and broadcasted his lock in via a digital camera set up in his room. However after a period of hearing no news, Pelloni staged an incident that resulted in his room being trashed and ended with Bob being seen unconscious on the floor. Bob revealed later that this is all was part of a viral campaign where he plays the villain of the game.
Bob's Game has not been picked up by Nintendo, but a successful Kickstarter campaign has been funded and the game will be released on PC.
