I just got a text message (yeah, weird) about my Gamestop opening up at midnight to sell me Rock Band 3. I'm curious as to who out there is a crazy person like myself and plans to go get it at midnight? What kind of software and hardware to you plan to pick up with it? I'm getting the 360 keyboard bundle. Decided against the MIDI adapter so that I could have the proper keyboard experience that Harmonix intended.

I'm actually not all that excited about Rock Band 3 just yet. I'm just so burnt out with music games, especially Rock Band 2, unfortunately. Still, that soundtrack is pretty killer, but I might just have to settle for renting it. Anyway, glad to hear you ponied up enough cash to get it, Weatherman. Hopefully you'll be getting NBA 2K11 soon too.

I would but my EB Games isn't doing a midnight release. Which is fine with me since I have classes all day today and work after. So as much as I want to rock, it can wait until the morning.

I'm on the fence since I have to work ass early in the morning, but it is Rock Band dammit. I'm so torn!!!! Thankfully I work until 3 on Tuesday so I can stop to pick it up then followed by two days off from work.

I'm skint good and proper, else I'd be up for getting me some Rock Band 3. I'm very interested in the keyboard, but when it comes to the guitar, I think I'll hold off and see how this actual stringed fender guitar/controller thing works out.

Yeah I also got the release day shipping on amazon. I pre-ordered the mustang on newegg and the site still stays its confirmed to come out tomorrow, hopefully I dont get a email from them saying its been pushed back :S

I went to Best Buy to see if I can pick up the keyboard bundle at midnight. Sadly the people I talked to couldn't figure out if Rock Band was going to be available at midnight. They assured me I could pick up some Star Wars game at midnight but not sure about Rock Band. I'm going to give it a shot anyway so uummm I hope I can. Viva la Rock Band 3

I had been scrounging credits and giftcards for a year or so toward the keyboard bundle on Amazon.  I don't get the pre-order bonus nor the $10 gift card NOR guaranteed Release Date Delivery.  However, since it costs me -$7 I guess I can't complain too much.

I'm not getting it at midnight, but will be picking it up during my lunch break tomorrow. I grabbed the cymbals add-on and keyboard today, though, so I can get straight to the rocking when I get home with the game.

Man I'm stoked to grab this tomorrow morning. Nothing's gonna get done tomorrow :P Interested to hear how it is though.

Just checked Newegg.com again and they changed the Adapter Release date to Dec 31st. Damn, I knew it was too good to be true! I guess I'm going to switch over to Amazon then. Amazon doesn't ship till the end of Nov. so no review until then guys. :(
Hopefully someone will get it early and review it.
