Rockstar San Diego is a game developer, based in San Diego. They are notable for the Midnight Club series, Red Dead series, and creating the Rockstar Advanced Gaming Engine.
What game would you like to see from them next?
I would personally love to see another Midnight Club but after the success of Red Dead it seems unlikely. :(
You know what we need more of? Open world sci-fi. Red Faction: Guerrilla is the only one I can think of, and it mostly takes place in barren wasteland on Mars. I'm thinking more "Grand Theft Hover Car" in Blade Runner's L.A. Get on it Rockstar!

Bully. It has to be Bully, because it has been too long since we saw that franchise. On the other hand, I wish they would have ALREADY started Bully two years ago, because I don't want to wait three years for it.
@sinusoidal: Agreed, something science fictiony would be great. Firefly the game?

Bully 2(although that's probably coming out of Toronto) or a new IP. I wouldn't mind a Red Dead 3, but I'd much rather see Rockstar do something completely different.
To echo the majority, Red Dead or a new IP. However, I don't really see what else they can do with Red Dead, apart from doing a modern Justified or No Country for Old Men inspired tale.
I remember it being rumoured they were taking over Agent from Rockstar North and moving it to PS4. So I hope that's true.
This thread just made me read a history vs Red Dead Redemption article.
Oh man!
I'm thinking more "Grand Theft Hover Car" in Blade Runner's L.A. Get on it Rockstar!
I'm totally on board for that!
A new IP would be cool... but a new Red Dead would also be real cool!
The Rockstar games that most deserve sequels right now though are Bully and Warriors, as much as I love Red Dead. I could wait a little on Red Dead.

They could very easily go back further in time to set a cowboy game. It doesn't need to be sequential. Whenever they make Red Dead 2 I think there's about zero chance it's a "modern cowboy" tale or whatever. They already make GTA, that'd be kind of silly.

This is a good bet. It's funny because I was on Rockstar Social Club and they still list The Agent among all their "Social Club" enabled Rockstar titles. It's sitting right there among all these released games (and GTA V). It's still happening I guess.
Part of what made Red Dead cool was seeing an open world game done well in a different kind of setting. I'd like to see them try that again, with a completely new setting. Or a Red Dead sequel, I'd be okay with that too.
Red Dead sequel seems inevitable, so I voted for Midnight Club. MC: LA remains my favorite open-world driving game from this generation. A next-gen Midnight Club would be awesome, however unlikely.
Well at least one person agrees with me. Midnight Club LA was really the last game this generation (that I can think of) that let you go wild with side skirts and spoilers and all that jazz. It is a big reason why I am so excited for The Crew.
You forgot Bully on the poll OP!
Bully wasn't made by Rockstar San Diego, it was by Rockstar Vancouver who has since merged with Rockstar Toronto. If anyone were to make it I would hope it would be them.

Red Dead Retirement, starring the player as a middle-aged sheriff in 60s Texas!

A R* made Firefly game? I don't think something so, so perfect is allowed to exist.
I'd love to see 'em take a stab at an open world pirate game; R* would be the best at making this.
I'd like a new IP more than a new Red Dead at this point. I would like Rockstar to revisit Red Dead at some point in the future, but Redemption wasn't that long ago.
@darthorange: I love just cruising around in cockpit view and dodging traffic at breakneck speeds. There's a good chance GTA V will be the "sequel" I desire. From what we've seen it has similar amounts of customization plus Franklin's slow-mo ability, and I'm pretty sure the San Diego team helped out with the driving physics.
