Guys after you've downloaded the client, and went through the registration process, hop on to the US server list, and enter the PVE server Palenque. 
  

    

Are we rolling on US servers? If we are any server is fine population wise. I know Artemis is full a lot of the time.  And we might want to stay away from the PvP server, since pvp is kind of free for all. 
 
Osha might be a good choice. 

We need a picture of the server list. I don't care if it's PVP or not.

I don't mind PvP as long as we don't end up getting ganked every 5 minutes. Any server is fine with me, as long as it has a medium-sized population.

 I think they're being a touch melodramatic, but this is recent so we should probably go Indigo if we're going to go PvP. 

@Feanor:  How "free for all" do you mean? Are there safe zones?

I'm usually on Palenque which is the only server I'm on that doesn't have lag issues for me

Indigo looks promising. I'd vastly prefer PvP.

As long as it's not empty I'm down for Indigo. =]

I'd say we go PvP just because generally in MMOs it's more open on a PvP server.  No idea about Runes of Magic, though.

I had gone PVE when i played wow but i guess if everyone wants pvp its worth a shot. If its a giant group of people running around together than were less likely to get ganked.

From what I can tell, you have to do a quest and flag yourself for PVP. So it seems that you could play on a PVP server and not have to take part in PVP if you do not want to. It also appears as though there is dueling on non-PVP servers.

looks like its going to be Indigo.  

Palenque looks like a perfect match for me,i really suck at PvP and especially in WoW-like games,and always end up getting ganked
 
Edit:If the PvP isnt without you agreeing to PvP,then im fine,no difference in what server

For PVE,two people must be flagged in order to do PVP which puts quest/grinding more at ease for us that would actually like to do more quest play

Although with the knowledge of the differences on PVP and PVE servers it would probably be best for us to play on Palenque, as no one would be forced to enter in PVP if they don't want to.

I'll vote for PvP only because I don't want to play with Mexicans. Everybody will need to stay together to prevent ganking from happening, at least until we get to a higher level.
