I've been looking up everywhere to find the plastic surgeon in this game. I can't find him! Any help?

The plastic surgery shops are called Image as Designed. There are four of them in the game.

I've barley started and I haven't heard of Stillwater. Im in steelport.

Just drive around and youll find one. I think one of the quests is to drive to one

There is no gameplay in Stilwater. Everything you do occurs in Steelport.

Technically that's not true, as the first mission plays out in Stilwater. But yeah, the game's open-world is stricted to Steelport in SRTT
