I liked the Samus from Metroid Prime the most. I don't know why Retro Studios went for that anime-style design in Metroid Prime 3.... Makes no sense!

Fusion Suit Samus.  The game is one of my favorites in the series, and the suit just looks awesome.

I like the one from Brawl.

Design wise and gameplay wise I like the Super Metroid Samus.  I really wish they'd make another 2-D Metroid, but with 3-D graphics (good-looking ones...).  I want that even more that a FF VII remake.

I liked the Light Suit a lot too. Phazon Suit had its appeal as well.

I like the realistic Samus from the original Metroid Prime. As far as suits go... I like the light suit.

I like all of the Suits from the original Metroid Prime. Phazon is the personal favorite from every suit in the series.

The original suit in Metroid Prime. Dude, how did the Metroid Prime 3 suit make no sense but the first one did? A grown woman rolls her body up into the size of a basketball. How could that ever make sense?
