    Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 is a role-playing game developed and published by Atlus for the PlayStation 2. It is chronologically the fifth installment in the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series. Like its predecessor, its gameplay combines a traditional role-playing game with elements of a social simulation. Its critical and commercial success spawned a sizable media empire, including several spinoff titles.

    I guess just because that's the way the game is programmed and they couldn't be bothered to change it just because Fuuka and Rise don't fight.
    Rise's stats seem to be bugged though. When Himiko evolves to Kanzeon, Kanzeon's stats reset to what is presumably the default stats for Kanzeon, regardless of level. Not that it matters...

    It really makes no sense unless the abilities she gets from leveling do have some effect from the stats.

    the sp abiity at the end made my life so much easier. was able to beat dungeons i9n one day

    I wanted that skill so much but I was at the last dungeon of the game at level 74, and since she gains that ability at level 77 I couldn't risk grinding for her to get it...
