If you want an amazing breakfast burrito, get a good sized flour tortilla (even store bought can be ok, especially if you throw em on a pan with some oil on em to warm em up and add some flavor and moisture), make some half scrambled eggs (crack the eggs and put em straight in the pan, and sorta half mix em up so they are kinda marbled. Two or three eggs should be good. Using the oil left over from this is a good way to warm up your tortilla. Get some roast beef, tear it up into cornflake sized pieces, and then when your tortilla is a bit browned, spread some sour cream down over the area of application of core ingredients. If you want you can add some spicy something or other, but I prefer to go mellow in the morning. From there, add the eggs, and throw the meat over. You want to make sure there is a good bit of meat but it shouldn't be a very thick layer. I like to put avocados or some guacamole and some medium chedder cheese sprinkled over top. Wrap it up and eat it! It's simple, easy, quick, and pretty damn good! It's also great if you have some left over taco meat from taco's the night before and you can use that instead of roast beef, or even with.

I just looked in my fridge and there is a new 30 stack of tortillas and another that's halfway done. There has never been an issue with finishing them all, but my family is Mexican so maybe that's why.
