I'm kind of amazed that game never made an appearance on Giantbomb, but I bet it's crazy expensive to import now that it's attained a bit of cult popularity.

I'm glad it got a full "playthrough" for this year's SGDQ though.

This makes me sad that 2 months ago I just threw out all of my Playstation Magazine demo disks when I could have sent them in to Dan and Drew.

While I won't sit here and say the new trilogy of Star Wars movies is better than the old, and I can acknowledge Episodes II and III were poor, mostly due to Hayden Christensen's poor acting, I seem to recall thinking the Christensen-free debut was actually pretty good and showed promise.

As a Canadian: Dr. Seuss is a genius, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" is fantastic, and the Jim Carrey movie of the same name makes me incredibly sad just thinking about it.

@insidioustuna: The casual "technically the gaza strip is part of Israel" (which would have pissed both sides off) and the "ha ha look at their funny conflict over their cute foreign religions" bit would have been an item on Fox News at the very least. Conflict was still there 14 years ago, but the idea that you could be so dismissive of it in a half-formed, kind of flat comedy bit is totally different now.

The UFC game was just a port of the dreamcast game. It sucked back in the day and it still sucks now! I just put it into my ps3 and yes it's still pretty bad. The Dreamcast version was still the superior version.

It was called PSX because most consoles had three-letter abbreviations (hence the Gamecube often being referred to as NGC or, confusingly, GCN), and was called that before the PSone came out. Plus, Sony was a newcomer so nobody knew there would be future iterations, or that they would literally be called PlayStation Two. It's not like there were Genesis Twos and Nintendo Threes.

If you thought the plane crash in Twisted Metal Black was awkward just before 9/11 you should really watch the first episode for the X-files spinoff The Lone Gunmen that aired just a couple of months before.

I was one of the kids who ended up with that Grinch game but even at the time I knew it was trash. I'd kind of like the Dan/Drew duo to plumb the depths of that game.

This continues to be an awesome feature, thank you for continuing it.

Seeing Armored Core 2 again stirs up some very fond memories. Still my favorite game in the franchise, even as someone who finds it difficult to go back to pre-dual-analog-era controls.

SSX is the BEST!

I want a HD collection or more from the series - that new one was pretty rough but there was still so much to like about it~! I want more!! Man. I love this series - such a trip!

Amped 3 did have some really wacky shit in it, but it served the game well I thought and the snowboarding itself was real good. I always hoped for another one, but sadly it never happened.
