I get that this game's art is impressive, because it was one dude, but I still don't like it. The anime serious tone mixed with the anthro, I'm sure the game's great it's just not for me, sorry.

So... any Redwall fans out there? this a bit more cartoony but still looks cool.

I'm not a huge fan of this particular art style, but at least it's something different and refreshing. Also I've found the game to be rather self-aware on multiple occasions concerning the cutesy characher designs.

This game is amazing. I feel bad for the people too stubborn/dumb to play it.

I tried the demo the other day. I don't know, it just didn't click with me. But that was awesome to see Super Meat Boy is in the game. Almost made me want to reconsider buying it.

I don't mind that it's a furry game so much, it's more that the character art, despite the smooth animation, is atrocious deviantart quality.

I feel the same. It's smoothly animated and all, but it's not exactly creative.

Also, justifying game mechanics has to be the most useless thing developers can do. "They justify it by giving you a transmitter" or it could be like Muramasa where they just fucking TALK TO THE BLACKSMITH

This is an amazing game . If anyone's on the fence about this game , GET IT ! And don't wait for the steam version(if there will be) , if you got the time .

The obsession with furry-deviant hate is way weirder to me then real furry-deviants.

I just wanted to point out (even though its been so long since this bullshit argument started). One fucking guy made this game, and he had no prior programming experience when starting production (he learned along the way). Saying any part of this game is lazy (especially the artwork) makes you an asshole. This one guy spent straight YEARS making this game from home with little to no support (full 16 hour days, 7 days a week). And undermining that in anyway makes you evil

Just finished this on PC, this game is fantastic.

Also there is a sweltering amount of insecurity from both sides in this thread. Scary shit duders.

Retrospectively, I think the problem I have with the art in this game pertains to the color design on the main character, rather than the furry-esque design. Something really strange looking about him. He has light blue green fur and is wearing turquoise clothes. Stupid gripe, but it has always stood out to me.

Those floating Necromancer is about the only difficulty spike I hit in this whole game.
