So WHY was Vinny shocking his testicles? I know it was for the kids and all, but was it if they got to a certain level he agreed to it? How did this even come up? Who thought of this in the first place?

In a tired stupor, Vinny suggested it, and we reached that goal. He then had people donate to determine what level of shock he would receive.
