I concur with many of the earlier posts on personal stuff...best wishes to everyone...

On a lighter note: After Paul called you during this video I was excited by the idea that He may attend E3 and then possibly show up on the Bombcast. If you had Mr. Barnett and free agent Adam Sessler on the same E3 Justin stream that would be fantastic. They both have a unique yet somehow similar sense of humor that could potentially turn into an amazing podcast.

Good luck with E3 prep and everything else.

GB is the only site where I can say I don't mind disruptions in content for whatever reason, because you're good guys, you get it, whatever it is. We've got your back regardless. All the best to you and yours sir.

The Vita's problem is that it's too big for a smartphone saturated market. They made the right move with it being extremely powerful so they can upgrade to sleeker designs in future without splitting the user base, but the games and the design aren't there at the moment and as someone who's interested in buying a handheld, that's what appeals to me the most.

Life is hard and getting it off your chest is the best way to deal with it. I don't think any GiantBomb subscriber would mind hearing about your personal life. In fact I believe it's quite the opposite. I'm sure all of the members would listen to your problems anytime, over a cold jar of whatever. Hang in there Jeff.

As for E3, I don't know if there is anything I am super excited about. I am mostly curious to see what Nintendo is doing with the WiiU and 3DS. The Last of Us also looks promising.

Also @Jeff , I've never felt like you guys were making excuses with any of the stuff that has come up in the past couple of months. If anything I 've felt you've been fairly open and smart about the way you've handled stuff.

I honestly hope you don't feel obligated to work just as hard while you've got such personal issues going on. Speaking as someone who's on the verge of losing their grandfather I know I wouldn't expect the same from myself and I think anyone who does is a little naive.

Jeff's Jar Time videos are the one feature I never ever miss. They are far and away my favorite part of Giant Bomb, which is weird because Jar Time is such a new feature.

And another five years of Nintendo games in HD sounds pretty sweet, honestly. I'm more interested in that than whatever Microsoft is doing. They've put out maybe one game I was remotely interested in in a span of two years, and it's on PC now. Their exclusives don't hold my interest like they used to while Nintendo still has my attention doing what they do.

grr I'm still having problems with the player. Whenever I select a new video to watch after watching one the page will change to the video I selected but the player will just restart the video I just watched, I really wish that would get fixed.

'Stuff like that' with that weird monitor glow on Jeff's face is well... I wish it all well, what I was hearing. Just trippy, that's all. But I am really pissed about everything else..now that Jeff mentions it. Yeah! That stuff! yeah...

It is I think a slow year, that is the vibe I am getting, despite there will be some good titles in the fall. And Max Payne.

@Jeff - Regarding the personal issue you mentioned at the beginning of the video.. You talked about "test results" and such.. I actually went through the exact same thing with my mom last month. For a few weeks my family went through this mentally exhausting cycle of getting test results and doctors saying "she might have this, but we're not sure so we going to do another test". I can only speculate what your family is going through but I can relate. Sincerely hope everything works out for your family. God bless.

Bought my i7 XPS a few months after Starcraft 2 and it easily pulls off max settings. Price? $1,050.

I haven't had a desktop in nearly a decade, so there definitely are people that prefer portability around the house. A 17 inch screen may seem ridiculous but it's been my entertainment hub since I got it. My college laptop was a lot smaller, but who's gonna judge this beast at home? No one, that's who.

yeah but even before gerstmanngate jeff was doing his points reports , which are basicly the sam,e thign as this .. so in a way jar time is the OG feature

Sorry to hear that you're going through some rough times with your family, Jeff. My mom's been in a bad way health-wise for about a year now and it's been a rough ride with a lot of ups and downs. Always remember to stay positive, and when that doesn't work, keep yourself distracted with what makes you happy. Hope everything works out, dude.

I think it'd be great if Apple threw their hat into the console ring. Shuffle things up a little bit. Sorta like what happened when Sony put out the original PS. Knock us all out of this rut we're collectively in.
