I Love Mondays - 08/20/2012

I do love Mondays.

woo! Monday!

Regret... It surrounds you, but like an invisible foe. When you look for it, you find emptiness. And yet, it remains. Deficiencies can be fixed. Desires can be fulfilled. But Regret... Regret is permanent. Inoperable.

But I realized the truth. Regret can't hide if I envelop it. If I encompass it in my body. Yes, I love lasagna but not for the taste, for I only taste shame. Not for the satiety for in this world of shadows there is no satiety. If I can only grow to the size of the universe, I will contain space and time. What's been and what's to be will exist as one in the chaotic architecture of my leviathan body. And when past becomes present, I will reach across the gulf of time and grip that one awful moment, and I will say

'I'm sorry. I'm sorry, and I love you.'

I hate Mondays. That's the day I could have saved him...

Probably. I found the old format boring and pointless. The current format gives me a weekly peak into their office. No editing, just banter.

I don't miss skipping past the 30 second intro, but I do miss the officialness, the polish, the background imagery, and the leveled sound.

This is good though, it's like a mini-podcast. It's just different.

Not the original format, but the pinnacle of the evolution of the original format where it was just ALWAYS Ryan and he was just going a mile a minute and being hilarious all the while. That was the best I Love Mondays. They did always tend to deliver more than they promised, though.
