I mostly stuck to actual Tony Hawk games back in the day but this is making me want to check out Aggressive Inline

I might have to get out my Gamecube version of this game, I remember liking this a lot, even if Jeff wasn't as hot on it this time around.

I never played BMX XXX, kinda hope they check that out next time, I'm morbidly curious about it. Did not realize it was the same studio as Aggressive Inline.

I absolutely loved Aggressive Inline, and as someone who would watch the inline events on ESPN2, the pronunciation of the names of the skaters in the game hurt.

I've still got Hoobastank's "Crawling In The Dark" stuck in my head. I didn't even listen to them back in the day. Oddly, of all those songs listed, one of the few I think I had on CD was Boy Hits Car's "I'm A Cloud". I think I originally found it on Napster because it had a weird sounding name and title.

I probably spent more time playing Aggressive Inline than any of the Tony Hawk games. It's super good.

I got an idea for a movie, and it goes like this.

I had entirely forgotten aggressive inline existed, but hearing that menu and the sound effects brought it back. I played wayyyyy too much of that game. For some reason I never really got into the Tony Hawk series but did play a ton of Dave Mirra BMX and Aggressive Inline.

Shoutout to Aggressive Inline for not having any female characters based on real inline skaters and having to make some up--that's some real gamedev 2002 shit
