Very funny video guys. Why must Kinect ruin something I loved in my childhood? All the motion detection looks wonky and that soundtrack is ear-splittingly awful. Budoukai 3 was the pinnacle of all these games so maybe I'll pick it up when they give it the HD treatment. I wonder if Ryan's video review is still on Gamespot. I remember watching it and being taken aback by his reverence for this classic TV show. I kind of miss Brian Drummond's Vegeta but those older episode sure don't hold up considering DB Kai now exists. It's kind of crazy that this crappy Kinect game gets a proper release while One Piece: Pirate Warriors fades into obscurity as a downloadble. Seriously, watch One Piece. Greatest cartoon of all time.

This is basically Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi with Kinect controls thrown in. Don't believe me? Check out Giant Bomb's quick look of Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi and compare the cutscenes in both games. I'm not saying that the cutscenes are similar just because the story hasn't changed, oh no. I'm saying that the cutscenes are literally unchanged at all between the two games and are the exact same cutscenes.

You're completely right and I noticed immidetely while I was watching. The game is identical down to the attacking animations, it just has Kinect "Controls" added.

Seriously, this looks like one of the worst DBZ games ever made. I'm PERSONALLY a bit of a fan of the BT series, even if all the new games are repeats of old ones, but this is just too lazy.

Finally! And I'm looking forward to playing Budokai 3 again

@EndlessMike: It's the best one! It's even playable with the Wii motion controls. Hell, that's my preferred way to play it.

Y'know you can skip the cutscenes by raising your right hand guys.. Not going to lie, this is good for a Kinect game. Not the best DBZ offering obviously, but probably the best Kinect offering. It has a Dance Central feel to it. But maaaaaaan I sure do love successfully performing a Kamehameha at will. I'm pretty sore and only played it an hour! :D
