They did, although to be fair it had nothing in common with Excite Bike, besides the name.  It originally wasn't even called Excite Bike, it was just going to be a dirt bike racing game for the 64, but they decided to slap the name onto it to boost sales. "
In any case, it was still awesome, and was a lot of fun for me to mess around in the track editor as well as generally racing.

I used to play the arcade Play Choice 10 at the pizza place all the time.  Such a simple little game that is addicting as hell.
 
It looks like a nice upgrade to the classic, but with the VC one at 1/2 the price, I don't know if it's enough of an upgrade.  Plus like most games from that era, after about 5 minutes, you're pretty much good for another 20 years.

Assuming it killed him, Brad manages to die on QuickLooks he isn't even playing. Basically if there is a recording device turned on somewhere in his vicinity, he will die.
