Been distracted by a few other games lately, but I can't wait to jump back into Reach with these.

The lack of "Bam there it is!" jokes at the very end disappoint me greatly.

So funny when Jeff said "man I really wish these guys weren't talking" As someone who plugs in my headset and sets it on the floor or talks in party chat to not hear annoying ass halo players, I understand.

@Jeff The improved voice quality codec only applies to party chat and the newest games. Any game released before the dashboard update and even some that haven't come out yet will still use the old codec.

It's pretty simple, dude. TF2 is insurmountable if you haven't been digging it for a good while now, so the only way I see a Quick Look of that happening is to get some of the non-GB folk in the office organized to play some for camera. That seems like a hassle.

As for MAG, the only argument I have is that Halo is much better at being in your face about it. Like it or not, it's consistently one of the top played games on not only Giant Bomb, but on Xbox Live. So unless you're currently playing MAG, you don't hear or see too much about the game, but Halo is always in the limelight.

Halo is the perfect choice for these DLC quick looks because you have consistent numbers to prove that people still care about the game. Black Ops will get the same treatment. I've never played MAG, but if you had asked me for my inexperienced opinion 20 minutes ago, I would have said that nobody cared about the game anymore. That would be a snap blanket judgment on something I know nothing about, and we shouldn't have those, should we?

The first game is still my favorite Halo game! It may not be as good as Reach, but it's unique enough to still stand out. And some of the sandbox stuff in that game has still barely been surpassed. Not sure how I'd feel about a remake... part of what I like about Halo is actually the visuals. It still looks good. Good in an "old game" kinda way, but it's a very likable style. But I guess, if it means more non-Halo CE fans got back to playing it, maybe people can see why I love it so much. Hmm...

Jeff should try shooting a little slower

I was busting up when they were talking about getting the S rank. Brad you're not coming back to reach, be realistic. I beat it on legendary alone, but it was the week I got laid off so I had some free time let's say. The maps look good. The only thing buggin me is I've moved on to Black Ops and kinda don't want to go back. Now, my S rank is boned. There should be a Shelf Style S rank and a Long Haul S rank.

I don't know if this is enough to get me back into Reach, I leaning more towards the Vietnam Bad Company 2 expansion.

Again, the $50 polycount pack is completely optional. And none of the exclusive accessories can be considered any sort of game-altering change.   If you play with people who get frustrated over a few items then you're obviously on the wrong server.  Talk to me when the Soldier gets a rocket-launching machine gun with a blast radius of 5,000 yards. "

It isn't a matter of size. It is a matter of quality, sir.  We don't need 34098324238 links to a game that should have been shot dead after the first sequel.  Also, there have been plenty of addons to BF:BC2 up until the Vietnam pack.  Some people question their quality, however that is another discussion. "
