That's just the dust, man. No actually, it totally gets out of sync near the beginning then like re-syncs up at the end. Really weird that only the game audio got out of sync, too.

Its actually a pufferfish with propellers on it. When they're first introduced in the game, Ride of the Valkyries but with kazoos start playing. It was a sight to behold, no less.

@Mumrik: The simple answer is probably that you can self-publish on PC and PS3 while XBLA requires a proper publisher tied to the game.

Yes, when you see actual 360 button prompts it's a little hard to think that wasn't their goal.  And the XBLA didn't even have a game come out last week.  I also think it's a little strange this game won't run on XP and requires DIrect X11.  I hope this doesn't get lost in the deluge of PSN content that results from the downtime.   
 
The look of it reminds me of Lazy Raiders, even though there is no gameplay similarity.
