Is it weird that I I have a PC more than capable of playing this but will probably just pick up the PS3 version so I can have all my Metal Gear games on the same system?

I hope not. I have the same thought process. After seeing Saints Row IV run kinda meh on console and decently smooth on PC and it being 20 bucks cheaper on PC, I was still having a hard time deciding between the two. I feel weird about having a series split across platforms now. I have Saints Row, Saints Row 2 and Saints Row The Third standing in my cabinet for 360. It feels weird that IV will never be added to it.

Still looks like a blast to me. I really should finish it one of these days (I have the PS3 version)...but then I hear that the Steam version has all the DLC and I just think "Wait for another sale"

I'm a little disappointed in people who don't like something and immediately jump to the conclusion that it must be for youngsters and exclusively young people can or should like it.

You should at some point realize that nothing in this world is only enjoyed or liked by a very specific age group. There are people who still watch cartoons aimed at children to relax and they enjoy it. Nothing wrong with that, and that's a case where the content we're talking about was created specifically with children in mind.

Make a good argument instead of resorting to the '13 year old' one immediately. It's starting to get annoying.

Watching this now, kinda glad I didn't buy it. Fighting in itself seems kinda interesting, but everything else is preeetty unappealing. Guess I'll continue to keep my hands away from MGS games...
