These NBA Jam games just make me want a new NBA Street. Vol. 2 was one of my favorite PS2 games.

@Wikitoups: I would say whatever you can get for less money. I really do like the tag mode though, so I'd be more partial to this one.

You mean so you can control both characters? If so then yes, you can do this, they address it at the very start of the QL. Jeff does not like it though

@nail1080: That's tag mode, not computer assistance. Computer assistance is basically the "rubber banding" they spoke of to always keep the games close.

I nearly wept at that NBA Street logo. Jam is great and all, but man... Street was PERFECTION. HD rerelease of the first three Streets, please!

There's a player with the name Gay and having him on the team must create some awkward situations in the locker room. Know what I'm saying?

FALSE! All this happened in Lithuania, not Siberia.

Three things:

1. I love the ridiculousnss of the annoucer.. but "pwned" was over the line into corny.

2. I remember back in the old games when being on fire was devastating.

3. Hell yeah NBA Street dudes. Stretch don't play!

Why is Jeff so cranky lately?

It seems like there's something off with the EA servers as a whole lately - I've been replaying Dragon Age II in time for the Mark of the Assassin DLC next week, and for the past few days it's been unable to connect to the EA servers in that too (although really I've no idea why Dragon Age needs EA servers!). With Jeff having problems here with NBA Jam too, has anyone else had issues with EA servers in other games recently?

I wasted $50 last year for NBA Jam, I would of bought this instead.

He's right LeBron James with a clutch factor of 3 is hilarious.
