Man this game is so plain looking, I wish they would mix up the graphics now that they can do hd.

I have been kinda sour on the Mario series lately but I think Luigi U is mixing things up a bit which is nice. It's not reinventing anything but I dig the challenge and design choices. Great Quick Look though, come on guys, even the most minimal amount of paying attention to Nintendo Directs and news would've told you how Nabbit works. He's for novice players- invincible to attacks but can't use power-ups. I'm not even a huge Nintendo fan but I picked up that much.

I feel like I should have played Galaxy 2. I loved the first.

I would say to them: "You want ice cream cone?" Both of them say yes!

I just don't like the visual look of any of the NSMB games and it looks even weirder when the Mario cast are in their smaller forms because their heads don't shrink as well. If this game was to take on a 16 bit look to match the nostalgia Nintendo keep chasing then I would be more for it.

When and if I get a Wii U, I'll check the full game out.

I know I'm late on this one (only now just watching this QL) but you should probably check out Super Mario World, 64 and Galaxy before you go anywhere near this game.

This is an old post, but you should still play Galaxy 2.

I just bought a Wii U last week. Here's my lineup so far: Super Mario 3D World, Splatoon, Super Mario Galaxy. I really like 3D World (only a few worlds in), Splatoon is pretty neat (haven't played online yet), and I've been waiting like a decade to play Galaxy. So pumped.
