Looks a lot like the latest Tropicos.

Two bad old Vincenzo "Two Pens" Caravella wasn't in this Quick Look. I think he did one of the Tropico ones (maybe?)

you do choose melee or guns during charector creation. You either are fists, knifes, or guns, or you can have your enemy pick.

I find it hilarious that the first few questions Patrick asks, Ryan seems to just ignore. He might not have been listening to him at that point but still made me chuckle.
