Yes! I wasn't expecting this one. I love the art-style.

I love Rayman, glad to see he's back in form, been waiting for a real good retail platformer to come out on the Xbox for ages.

Unfortunate time of year for this game to arrive, looks like Ubisoft done good otherwise.

I was not enamoured with the demo for this, maybe the quick look will convince me otherwise (I'm guessing not, my heart is a piece of flint.)

I played through the demo of this last night and I just played it with a big shit-eating grin on me the whole time. If it wasn't such a busy time of the year, I would be picking this up. I will probably wait until after Christmas to pick it up; seems like the price may slide down pretty quick.

The opening scene is filled with Beyond Good and Evil references, the fly almost being sucked in through a characters nose, Jades signature red umbrella from the BG&E 2 trailer

I think I tried to play one Rayman game starring Rayman back in the day, it was probably in 3d and I didn't really enjoy it. But this looks amazing!

Played this at Pax, it was awesome.

The publishers must know something that I don't as it seems like such a stupid time to release this. With good marketing during a dry spell it could do really well, but with zero marketing in a release window that is packed with great games it just seems crazy!

This looks so good. Just like the original Rayman. Oh, mosquito, how I've missed you.

That being said, a great Quick Look is a great Quick look, good game or not. And frankly, it's cool to see so many quality platformers these days. Sonic Generations, Mario 3D Land, Ratchet & Clank All 4 One...and then all these other second tier ones that have been getting QLs lately. Pretty great turnout, actually.

This QL did succeed in getting me to buy Rayman 2 on GOG though. A game I've played before on Dreamcast, PS2 and DS - it's always effin' great. This? I can pass, thanks 100% to the stupidity of Globox and the rest of the characters. A new 2D Rayman is a great idea. Making a Rayman that looks like Spumco did it? Insulting.

The UbiArt GDK they used to build this is some sweet tech though. I wonder if other developer might give it whirl, since Ubi Soft said they're planning on releasing it for free? It would be sweet if, say, Sega and Treasure took a few months to whip up a new Dynamite Headdy or Astal or something with this tech...

Played the demo of this last night. Absolutely gorgeous and a lot of fun. Watching this makes it look like co-op is even more fun. Anyone know if co-op is online or just off?

Also does anybody else think the collectible music sounds like Locoroco?

I don't get the appeal honestly oh well.

The graphics and animations look nothing short of amazing, I wonder how it works as a single player game though.

The demo was great. I'm so happy a game like this is coming out for the 360, I love 2D platformers.
