If you mean on sale, then yeah, it's been on sale on the PC several times (last week it was only $10). If you meant to take a stab at its quality, then buddy you're missing out.

I literally stopped this video and immediately went and bought it on XBL when I heard it was one sale.
Having watched every video GB has posted covering this game (so far), I felt like it's something I should have done a long time ago.

I don't know. I didn't play it until last month myself, but i am really impressed at the whole package. The combat is great, the writing is solid, the voice acting is excellent, and the game is genuinely funny at times (intentionally).

Easily the best open-world game i've played, and definitely in my top 10 games i've played on the 360 period. Just a TON of fun.

Because GTAV was already announced and this isn't called GTAV, which makes people automatically not care.

I agree with you that it is probably the best open world game I've played to date (assuming we are talking specificly about open world city, not the other open world types like Skyrim). It solves most issues GTA ever had. The fighting it good, not great, but not terrible as it was in GTA. Same goes for the driving. Still don't like the shooting that much except for shooting from vehicles. They really improved that so much that it's actually a viable thing to do.

Just to be open and honest, I really don't like the GTA games after Vice City. Too much talking drama, too little well working gameplay elements.

I love the rotating second chair for all the Sleeping Dog QLs, everyone on the GB staff gets to experience Vinny playing the game.
