Too scary for me

Welp, at least someone is posting Quick Looks this week.

Got an Among the Sleep vibe from that childhood memory. Looks like a cool game.

That game console in the childhood memory looks like an Atari 2600 to me.

Really like the look of this, might have to snag it!

I really like the different sort of games Patrick brings to Quick Looks, Worth Playing, and Spookin'. I'd probably never know about this stuff, and while watching this I realized I genuinely appreciate what he brings to Giant Bomb.

Genuinely interesting. I hope the mechanics stay interesting for each of the memories, like how it switched from the platformer-ish thing to the more passive Street memory.

Glad that was the first thing to pop in someone else's head. Though it's VGK's so I dunno if I'm necessarily glad.

For a long portion of this quick look, I was certain I was looking at a re-creation of a Counterstrike Levelord map.

Looks cool. The initial premise reminds me of the Phillip K. Dick novel Ubik.

Man, anybody else play Toy Commander on the Dreamcast? This is giving me a vibe similar to that. Which, I pretty much fucking love.

This looks really cool. The art style is gorgeous and the use of lighting gives off a great ambient atmosphere.

Doesn't do anything for me unfortunately. Found myself being mostly bored by everything going on here. Glad to see others enjoying it tho!

There's literally no way you've seen all the content they've put out this week yet. Like, there's just literally no way. It's going to take me weeks to get through it all. How could you possibly want more?

Permanent facecams make quick-looks unwatchable for me: theres no excuse even on non-widescreen games... only time I really find it even vaguely entertaining/not annoying is when theres more than one person and even then its taking up valuable screen space.

Where are the multi-screen technologies that this day and age should support strongly? I would appreciate being able to watch gameplay on my main screen and maybe stream facecams to a smaller one for reference but it seems that tech wont be mainstream/popular for a few years.
