Don't know if it's been fixed since I haven't played since it came out...

But I ran into a game-breaking bug later in the game.

Cheffie looks a lot like Krieger's holo-wife. Crossed with Yotsuba.

Technobabylon is a pretty good title.

I can't say the word babylon without a Jamaican accent. So the title of this game is pretty fun.

Voice acting sounds like, sister of the lead programmer, kinda like Sierra in the old days where the programmers and secretaries at Sierra would do the game voices.

If that's a professional voice actress playing the main girl then dear lord.

All I had to do was look at the preview image for this and I knew it was Vinny.

I see the name "Cheffie" and start thinking about the Freelance Astronauts and get sad.

You know, I barely ever play adventure games, but this seems really cool.

I love Wadjet Eye. They put out really solid adventure games. The Blackwell series, and Gemini Rue are some of my favorites. Definitely picking this up.

@reasonableman: Be sad no longer! Maxwell, Evek, Ferr and Pipes! have recently been streaming via youtube once more, albeit in a party setting so the audio leaves something to be desired...just like it did back in 2008. Here.

I've been playing this for a few days off and on now, past the quick look. This game probably is one of the best modern adventure games.

Its strange, I have next to no interest in Broken Age but I'm super-stoked to get a new Wadjet Eye game.

Same here, but then I guess Wadjet Eye's choices of settings are way more interesting to me than the quirky sci-fi fantasy stuff of Broken Age.

I got about halfway through this quicklook and then decided to stop because this game looks super cool and I wanna play it myself. Thanks Beast Crew for showing this off.

Wadjet Eye games are really cool. This one seems to be pretty good.

"Techno babble on?" Alex Navarro has surpassed Dave Lang as history's greatest monster.

Finished this one up the other day. It's pretty great. I'd say it would take an experienced adventure gamer about 5-5 hours for the first playthrough, but you could rip through it easily in maybe half an hour if you knew the solutions. The best part is the multiple ways you can solve certain puzzles, which doesn't appear to have a lot of bearing on the ending, but is still a neat touch. I'd rank it up there with the Blackwell games in terms of Wadjet quality (which can be a little hit and miss).

Wadjet Eye makes some really great point-and-click adventure games. I will definitely check this out.

@hollitz:The name combined with the art on the humble store made me completely dismiss this game initially as lo-fi cyberpunk trash. Technobabble makes Technobabylon clever, but I was too slow and got turned off by the overused techno- prefix. I'm glad I saw this QL, found out it's WadjetEye-published, and added this cyberpunk adventure to my buy list. Thanks GBeast!

Also, I think calling the jacked-in internet "Trance" is pretty clever since that's what people using it looks like. Sounds like the actual derogatory slang people would create.

I gotta go back through my backlog and play some more WadjetEye games. Apparently The Shivah is really short.

Ah, awesome. Another Wadjet Eye game I would have completely missed if not for GB..east.

Pretty much every Wadjet Eye Quick Look is kind of memorable. I end up buying these games but not playing them. But they're cool!
