Quick Look: The Wonderful 101

The first game that makes me think that I might actually own a wiiu at some point.

This game looks pretty entertaining.

Recently order a WiiU and this, so can't wait to try it out.

the game reminds me of okami and pikmin put together.

This game looks fucking rad.

Oh, and apparently Wonder Blue is voiced by Ezio and Chris Redfield.

The sun is setting on Nintendo consoles as we speak.

Damn this looks faaaantastic. Not that it will make me ever buy a Wii U, but this would probably be the first thing I got if I somehow ended up with one.

As much as they loved the series, I throw Mass Effect in that pot playing Soldier and scoffing at the other classes, even Vinny only strayed a tiny bit playing Infiltrator...admittedly on Insane. Though I think Bioware did that whole thing a disservice by making weapon choices so class based until 3. Which I think speaks to devs needing to meet the audience halfway on the matter with good design and system training, but maybe the whole reviewing process needs to be a bit less about informing people what game released that week they should buy.

EDIT - Vinny was close, I think it was 9 health bars.

This somehow makes Bayonetta look coherent, but I will probably pick this up in the hypothetical universe where I ever purchase a Wii U.

It took less than 10 minutes to know its way over produced. Too many ideas.

That mixing thing looks like the same mechanic from Beyonetta where you combine ingredients (or not you can make something simple like a healing item with just green) to make consumables.

Looks really, really cool. When I eventually get a Wii U, this is coming home with me.

This looks really, really good. If only the WiiU had more games like this...

I'd totally get this if I had a Wii U. Looks like a WONDERFUL game...

I might have to get this game, as crazy as it looks it seems pretty cool.

Nintendo also has not done a very good job of convincing people to buy the Wii U in the first place...

It's hard to sell copies of a game when nobody owns the console required to play said game.

I wish this was on better consoles so I could play it.

It's always nice to see a WiiU get turned on.

Just got this in a bundle (honestly, it was my motivation to get this bundle). And it certainly takes a bit to wrap your head around everything. Luckily, its charm kept me motivated to stick with it. Awesome stuff so far.

Just wanted to comment to say this game has the best ending of all time. Can't believe more people aren't shitting themselves over this!
