Quick Look: Toy Soldiers

can you take control of the individual soldiers?

I'm having a mixed reaction to this game. It can be very fun, but when you take control of the weapons, you lose focus on the greater defense strategy. The controls aren't very intuitive either.  I really didn't enjoy flying the plane around, but controlling the tanks are a fun.

FYI: I'd rather be a member of the Giant Bomb team and suck at games than be awesome at games and be just some whiner on the boards. Great looking game, might download this.

This looks like my kind of game. Kind of reminds me of the Battlestations series.

If anyone's on the fence about it, buy it. The campaign is decently long, and it adds new life to an overused genre(that's been said about 10 different games, but its actually true here). The multiplayer is great both online and couch. The only thing that sucks is you can take the drivables and repetitively fly into your opponents base to win. It's seriously worth the 15 bucks though.

wow this looks really good. reminds me of rise and fall empires at war, which wasn't the greatest of RTS games but being able to take control of an individual unit was pretty fun.

Looks fun! And a gas mask is an unlockable avatar award! 
 
Unfortunately, I'm saving up for Perfect Dark XBLA. I will definitely get this when it goes on sale.
