Even without watching the video or reading who the video was posted by, I can tell it's from Vinny just by the deck text.

This video is a little spooky. No that's not the right word. Mysterious?...God it's right on the tip of my tongue. Fuck it, I don't know, spooky. It's spooky.

Uncanny! That's the word I was looking for. I feel like an idiot. It was right here in front of me the whole time.

..Ok to be fair I don't necessarily READ your email, I just skim through it.

That main menu is giving me some real Francis Bacon vibes.

This game looks really cool.

If there's a lot of meat to this game, I'm really fucking interested. I really hate games/movies/books that present this veneer of depth and complexity and fail to deliver. That text is a little hard to read, though.

I wasn't sure about this game until they got to the voice files and that pulled me right in. For sure something I'll check out once I get bored with GTA Online.

Is this from the save dev as the many other games of identical art style and function from recent years, I immediately want to ask without irony or in jest.

I am quite glad to see Giant bomb putting out this kind of content. I would have never known this game existed, but its right up my alley. Got to the voice recorders, and said 'nope, purchased" and I did.

And its only like 10$, absolutely seems worth it to me, off I go to play.

I'm really interested in the story but I don't know if the gameplay is something I can get into for longer periods of time.

Nier is amazing.

the graphical style and the mood of the game reminds me a bit of Gemini Rue

It's gotten to the point where an "8-bit" font library makes me want to dismiss a game wholesale.

Does Buck remind anyone else of John Candy (in various security guard roles but the one I thought of when watching this was National Lampoon's Vacation)? That's totally who I thought of when my mind created a voice for him.

This game looks cool so I didn't watch the whole quick look. I want to check this out on my own. I really like the consequence system they apparently have set up. It's not entirely new, but it sounds ambitious.

The description on the steam store page reads like a pitch on kickstarter or a design meeting to me haha

Every time Alex and Vinny quick look something I know it's going to be good. This has definitely earned a spot on my list.
