I'm such a massive space nerd that this is a must buy. This is also perhaps one of my favourite Quick Looks, if due to nothing else than the presence of the explosion button.

As someone who is obsessed with space, I found this to be one of the most fascinating quick looks I've seen. Really loved how Brad was dropping those facts too. Didn't think he'd be into that kind of stuff.

This Quick Look just further proves that Portal 2 might not have high replay value but is GotY

I just took my astronomy final today and I'm kinda having a bad Pavlovian response to all this.

I know Steam is for games, but I'd love to see more stuff like this on the service.

When trying to make a black hole, I'm pretty sure the main thing you need is the singularity, that is, INFINITE DENSITY.

Black holes can be of any mass. There are supermassive black holes (billions of solar masses) AS WELL AS micro black holes (quantum-scale mass). Each one has a singularity. No singularity, no black hole.

I'm definitely going to get this sandbox game and see if its engine allows singularities.

Also we saw a lot of EXplosions in this video but no IMplosions. So I'm curious if you can make a black hole by imploding a star.

Great and unexpected QL! The Universe Sandbox looks like quite a bit of fun and on top of that maybe a good foundation for some more ambitious iteration down the road.

Every game should have Advanced Explosion options.

That's kind of cool.  I wonder if I can spin off the Earth's moon like in the TV show, Space 1999.

Man, Giant Bomb is hitting every mark when it comes to curiosities on Steam. All the games I've seen on there and thought "I'd really love to see a Quick Look of that," you guys have delivered on. I'll keep sending the vibes and you keep Quick Lookin'!

Oh wow, Threshold, it's moon Basis and Halo. Neat. I also loved Jeff's take on space using "What would happen if X Exploded?"

I want this game so that I can play user created levels of Halo's and Death Stars.

Is it just me, or does this seem incredibly relaxing? Like when you want to chill for five minutes, just load up a simulation, play with positions, mass, or whatever, and watch the hijinks.

How did they not include some stellar ambient soundtrack!?
