I just finished watching the whole Reel Layers series (thus far) while wrapping Christmas gifts. It really helps put things in perspective, you know?

@permanentsigh: I didn't get it because I couldn't stomach how actually bad that first episode was. But I watched it and the joke didn't pay off at all, because the actual joke is the people who watched and think they are in on the joke. You are the joke.

It's not that some people don't find it funny, that's fine. It's that people are vocally upset that they don't find it funny. Like, cancel-their-subscription upset because one show doesn't make them laugh.

Imagine if I pissed myself because I wasn't crazy about the music show.

Is it a coincidence that Bryan and Brave have the same amount of letters in them? I think not.

@korgothofbarbaria: I think it's less that one show doesn't make them laugh, and more that this show is representative of the shift the website has made the last 5-6 months. Less of an emphasis on video games and the personalities, and more of an emphasis on random shit that Jeff B thinks is funny or something
