That girl has a very appealing looking game... but a very shitty salute. :p

I am no fan of Minecraft, utterly despise that game, but I am definitely interested in this game. It looks so beautiful. Will definitely keep an eye on this as it approaches release. But those slide puzzles have got to go. Surely that wouldn't be in the final build....right? I mean who wants to do a damn slide puzzle every time you want to build something?

I took the stark and angular art style to be kind of reminiscent of Brutalist architecture (similar to what Massive Chalice is doing), which was prevalent in communist countries. They make it look really nice, though. I'm particularly impressed by how much character the glassy reflection gives to the completely flat and otherwise featureless ground surface. That combined with the phasing thing and the use of depth of field give everything a weird miniature and kind of dreamlike quality to me, like a toy set come to life.

Also, this was the game that had Polyushko-polye in the trailer, wasn't it?
