Tomodachi went about 30 minutes too long. I skipped through to find the end.

I found this to be super hilarious. That Tomodachi Life stuff was perfect. It could have been the whole show really. Looking forward to all the E3 coverage next week. I doubt I'll watch much live but I'll definitely check out all the archives.

God that was an amazing show. The entire Tomodachi life segment was gold, especially Shaq's metal performance.

I could have watched them playing Tomodachi Life for hours. I left to do other stuff during the live show after Call of Duty: Ghosts came up.

Hope they put the QR code for Gigu out there somewhere.

Hilarious UPF today. The Gigu character creation had me in tears.

To me it sounds like the audio from the 3DS on the uploaded video is not as clear as it sounded on the livestream though, so some of the magic is lost/harder to pick out. Anyone else notice this?

Excepting the chance to greatly increase the chance of NBA recruiters hanging around the studio trying to get a line on me, this is likely correct. I generally am quite happy not to go to E3. Getting trailers up is immensely easier when I don't have to deal with hotel bandwidth issues, and doing that plus a few news stories when the crew is busy does have a pretty measurable impact on site traffic during that week.

I've been to E3s and I'll be happy to go back if the guys need me to, but for the most part it's a lot easier for me to do E3 stuff from the office or from my house, and if these are going to be 16 hour days on Monday and Tuesday I'd much prefer to sleep in my own bed for them.

I'd watch a daily Tomodachi Life stream. Just sayin'.

They need to get that Gigu QR code out there.

In his defence, Brad was hardly alone in talking and you heard enough of Snoop to get the idea. Not that much was being announced. Do you really want them to sit in total silence for 15 minutes? How many variations on "Get Strapped" could anyone possibly need to hear?

This sold me on Tomodachi Life. It's like if The Sims was designed by the maniac who made WarioWare and honestly that's the best mix in the world.

@sku: Yeah. I'm guessing it won't have much staying power for me, seems like too much of a mini game collection. But it's such a strange game and I want to support Nintendo when they do stuff like this.
