Great show. Except for some of the rather annoying joke votes that got a bit boring after a while.

Also you only pay for cosmetics in Toribash, everything else is free. I play it with friends from time to time, great fun.

Burnout Paradise makes me nauseous playing on a better TV and that makes me really sad since that was the game that sold me on playing online on 360. Even watching it here kinda got to me a little.

My computer would explode if it even sensed me looking at the New Car Game 2.0 page.

Indeed, his most recent Jar Time video was super positive, too. About the site's state and where they're going in the future. It's very cool to see. Says they're getting the support they need and things are looking up.

This was such a great show. It felt like the gang were really into it and had a lot of energy after all the E3 stuff. I only disappoint myself however when I didn't even know of Toribash. That shit is crazy and I love it.

They need to call in Dave and Vinny for a Divinity:Original Sin quick look.

Oh man I really wish I didn't miss this live. I would have pushed for Jeff to play Ultratron. Since he's been looking at a lot of twin stick shooters lately. For those interested it's $.99 till the 30th or all 4 Puppygames games for $2.49.

Couple thoughts on this video:

• Jeff seems real happy. Not that he ever came off as a sad sack to me but you could definitely tell he was being weighed down. I love this site, so I want everyone to be happy!
• This one of my favorite UPF's thus far. The length and sheer variety was fantastic -- perfect example of what GB is all about.
• Next Car Game looks dope. I laughed many times at the shenanigans Jeff got up to in that weird freeroam.
• As much as I loved Blur, (and I really loved Blur) Burnout Paradise is THE best racing game of last generation. Period.

What do we have to do to get you guys to steal Danny from Gamespot? Come on, please, just do it. It's what everyone wants. Can't you see?

You uncultured swines who don't know about Charlie Brooker, he did a damn documentary about How Videogames Changed the World that is brilliant. Watch Screenwipe, Gameswipe, and Weekly Wipe.

Also, he does Black Mirror, a speculative sci fi techno paranoia show. It's basically Twilight Zone for the modern generation, it's amazing and only has 6 episodes so you have no excuse.

I only ever spent a couple hours in Burnout Paradise but I'm still not sure how I managed to miss the existence of the "crash" mode. That immediately makes me want to go back and finally play it (I was initially turned off by the open world nature of the game for some reason).

Also where can I get that cool skull chief shirt?

I'm 4 minutes into this and it's already the best thing I've seen since sliced bread. @drewbert is a comedy and video producing genius.

Edit: And also a geography genius.

@assinass Anything that Charlie Brooker does is worth watching, and speaking of Police Squad/Airplane, people should check out Brooker's latest work, A Touch of Cloth.

In regards to people saying Jeff was in a good mood I think I know the reason. He switched from the swill that is Diet Coke to the heavenly flavor of Diet Pepsi.

OMG THEY PLAYED LONG LIVE THE QUEEN. I love that game! I'm surprised Jeff survived that long. That game will fucking kill whenever it has a chance. Also after playing it 8 times the cousin ALWAYS died when the snake attacks.

Best UPF in ages, what a treat ! I love the MST3k vibe when one person plays and others commentate/rip the piss.

How Rorie feels about unskippable cutscenes is how I feel about his constant throat clearing. :( I wish it didn't bother me so much.

I felt real bad for Jeff's colorblindness during TheHunter.

Enemy at the Gates is bad because Jude Law is bad. That is all.

It doesn't really even seem to matter. Danny just comes and goes whenever he wants to really.

I like the idea of having more focused or themed Unprofessional Fridays. Like last week with PS1 games and now with Steam Sale. I know it can't be every week but watching last two UFs was super interesting.

Finally catching the part that ran before its normal 6:30 p.m. (EDT) start, and am loving it. Regarding the exploding/non-exploding gas tank: I think Rorie is on the right track with regards to oxygen. From what I've read, a nearly-empty gas tank is more likely to explode as the gas fumes and the air are a much more dangerous combination than liquid gasoline, which would just burn.

@james_hayward: Cricket 2005 (EA Sports) for PS2 is easily the best action cricket game available (but has a STATISTICS section which is completely broken despite the 2004 version having no such problems). The Codemasters games were more fun and Bradman seems to be a similar type of game.

If people want to play a decent cricket game, probably better of going the strategy route where I'd suggest a look at "International Cricket Captain III". Effectively the game puts you in the role of coach, so during a match which you decide player aggression, fielding positions etc. Really good game, difficult too. You can watch the match being played and it has commentary from the same bloke that does the Codemasters games.
