The commentary track on a lot of Quick Looks and those kinds of videos is off. It's a thing. It's just pretty small and isn't as jarring when you can't see lips moving out of sync.

This was great fun to watch. At first I didn't like how Vinny was getting help but this game just seems to be too shitty and confusing to try to go through on his own. I'm totally okay with him powering through it to get to the supposedly better Castlevania games.

Barkerville is going to be in my head forever now. Amazing how that little comment lasted through the entire video. But it made me realise how I've done the same thing when I was younger and I think I still do, can't think of any examples though.

Vinnyvania is the best feature ever.

Yeah, there's no shame in being directed on where to go in Castlevania II. This was fun to watch, but Vinny was getting justifiably frustrated. At least there aren't any difficult bosses in this one, so the act beating the game will not take too long.

When I played through the game, I was fortunate to have the second issue of Nintendo Power which, as mentioned earlier, pretty much was a walkthrough. I remember being pretty disappointed with the actual place called Castlevania; I was expecting some resemblance to the layout from Castlevania 1, but it wasn't like that at all.

Someone need to rom-hack it so that your actually are in Barkerville

John Drake was just perfect for this. Singing along with Brad's new hit song, almost admitting to murdering a little girl and just generally being fun.

Looking forward to the next part, if just for the music, the game still is terrible.

This was a lot of fun. Always nice to have Drake around. I'll give Harmonix 20.00 for their Kickstarter despite having no real interest in ever playing the game. I hope Fantasia does well for them but I know when I buy my XBOX One it'll be the Kinectless version.

This was the only Castlevania I had a lot of experience originally on the NES and I still love this game.

Was this live if so why wasn't it on the front page so we know it's happening again GB seems to forget a large part of their members are not in the U.S and such their shows etc are at late evening to early hours of the morning we can't all respond to last minute spontaneous events like this, it's not the first time i have missed a live show because it wasn't on the front page to say they were having one.

They say, "Hey, is Pepsi OK?" and I say, "Hey, is Monopoly money OK?". Classic John Drake.

I've only played this game like once when I was really young and basically had no memory of it. I wanted to go back to it for some time but then I heard so many people saying it was terrible that I never ended up bothering. That made this video interesting because I'd never actually seen long unedited footage of the game being played before. And boy, it's even worse than I thought!

That said, I think the idea for the game and its various systems with mansions in an "open world" is pretty neat, there could have been a really good game here.

Scrolling through the comments, wondering what the hell "Barkerville" is. Suddenly, they start talking about Barkerville. This is so much funnier than it should be.

As an added bonus, the original song is totally called "Bloody Tears," which is, of course, a three-syllable phrase.

It's funny, because I totally did more or less the same thing with the theme of the first level of Super Mario 3. I thought some of the background bits looked like cookies, and the first thing you hear in the song is three-consecutive notes. Thus, "Cookieland."
