I played this game from start to finish and I dreaded playing it from beginning to end. Not because it was a terrible game, but because it was so freaky and disturbing that I simply didn't want to play it because I feared it. If a horror game can do that then it's a success in my book! Prepare for a totally terrible experience (in a good way) in this Silent Hill installment.

Me and a couple of friends rented this game planning to swap up turns playing it until we beat it one night. Well it didn't turn out that way. I volunteered to play first because I was young and naive at the time. I didn't believe that a survival horror game could be scary. I mean come on Resident Evil was a joke. So I started the game up and right from the start me and my friends could tell that this wasn't a normal scary game.. With in the first 15 minutes no one would take the controller after I tried to pass it.. I don't blame them. Not one bit.

So I took a deep breath and hunkered down for a show down with The Room and  and my friends sat in utter horror as they watched me slowly lose my mind to Silent Hill 4: The Room.

Must play if you love survival horror!
