It's a shame the NA and/or Europe boxart won't be as good as this
Edited By ArcBorealis
All made possible by Yasushi Suzuki's art.
EDIT: Updated with larger boxart. Looks even better.
" Well, the EU boxart will at least be better than the US one. As always. Edit: I see a WiFi logo on that box? What's up with that? There is no multiplayer in this game, is there? "It might just be to say that there will be online leader boards, online multiplayer would be awesome but i've been fooled by that logo before.
"Yup prolly leaderboards. Wouldn't exactly work online tbh, much like any precision/timing based game... Tried to play Metal Slug online with a friend (PC emu) and it becomes completely unplayable with the tiniest amount of delay, which is impossible to minimise 100%. "It is indeed leader boards.
I can kinda agree on the online multiplayer not working. It'd be a bit worse with lag online, since Treasure's shmups tend to have slowdown and drops in framerate. Pretty much on purpose, because of so much shit onscreen that if everything kept moving at a constant FPS, you wouldn't last as long as you would WITH the slowdown. Bangai-O proved it, and the original had intentional slowdown as well. But atleast you could unlock a frame skip mode which gets rid of the slowdown, thus making things harder and faster.
Which by the way, I hope they've got in this game.
Hmm, probably. That would be nice, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was.
S&P1 w/ Frame Skip + Turbo Mode + Hard Mode = Madness/Fun.
" Nintendo, hey, NINTENDO. If you use that boxart for the NA release, then I will forgive you for all the crimes you've committed in the last 3 years. ALL OF THEM. "Crimes? Eh, I think I better not ask...
Anyway, yeah, Sorry for not noticing your avatar earlier Alaska. It's awesome. Hopefully Saki will be in SSB4 as a playable character.
