Soldier Front

Soldier front is a game that in concept has many great ideas, unfortunatly it doesn't capitalize on any of the concepts and get riddled with problems and bugs along the way making it a very horrible multiplayer experience.

To start of with when you first look at the game you think, Oh wow look at this FINALLY a MMOFPS with charector customization a wide array of weapons and gear to equip your guy with and lots of players online at any time to shoot! Its perfect, well could of been. The concepts that soldier front gives are solid just the game doesn't execute on any of them, the first thing you have to do is outfit your operative, which looks awful by the way, the game makes CS 1.6 look like a visual masterpiece, equipment can cost ALOT of SP or Special Points (the main form of currency) and the equipment is a rental which means it only lasts for usually a week or thirty days, which brings up the second issue alot of the more powerfull items in the game cost G-Coin which can be purchased with real money, so sometimes you may be extremely low on SP which means you wont be able to purchase anything new so you will be stuck with a lame stock character and probably the weapon you started with, So now that brings up one of the third issues in the customization category the weapons. Since they guns in this game are EXTREMELY expensive you will only ever have if you do a great job on saving and managing your money maybe two at the most and those after time will break leaving you to repair them which takes around 10,000 SP if you have a sidearm aswell so now i have no money broken weapons and nothing to fight with my only option? either wait for the lame SP recharge to give you a meansly 10,000 SP or buy some g-coin with your REAL MONEY in a FREE FPS game to spend on something the game will say sorry this item has expired, after you have it for a week, bye bye fifteen bucks right there, but back to the SP recharge, depending on some weird factors in the game you have a bar that once filled will give you SP 10,000 of it to be exact and you know about six recharges will get you a pretty decent weapon, too bad it take FOREVER to recharge!! i made it too around second lieutenant in the game a bit past the middle mark and i have recieved one.... yes one SP recharge. So with my starting SP, three rank bonsus (one worth 10,000 the second and third worth 20,000 and 30,000 sp respectably.) i have a powfull sidearm and two assualt rifles and no money thats it nothing, So with no new stuff avalible to me the gameplay gets really stale and in a hurry, which is the same thing over and over again a stale mix of CS and delta force.... ya.

So a basic scenario will go a little like this, you will find the game install it, play untill you get half way through the game while getting abused by the community and eventually give up because you are broke, no one will help you so you quit. Speaking of a bad community SF has one of the worst, since the game is free alot of.... smaller less mature children.... sign up and cant deal with losing so they start to say things they should and then that catches on to other smaller less mature children and then the community get clutered with alot of trolls especially in game. Don't be surprised if you get called a lagger, loser, KSer, tanker, lag shoter? tapper, rusher, yes rusher you do the objective on the team that say has to reach a certain point to win and you WILL be called a noob, lagger, rusher not to mention once you kill someone its almost a game in itself to watch what people say afterwords, you would think people would have standards but soldier front is simply rock bottom, a rock bottom where standards dont matter in humanity or in gameplay. 1.5/5
