As per usual, Europeans get the short end of the stick by EA, who are bound by some arbitrary bullshit reason to release each and every of their games 2-3 days later than in the US. Not looking forward to wait on Mass Effect 3 and dodging spoilers left and right either, rather than being immersed myself.

Got it pre-ordered at GameStop for Eddie and picking it up a soon as they open. Also have the day off so it's pretty much going to be an SSX day.

I am! Oh wait, European so have to wait till March 1st, we clearly aren't worth as much, when fucking Fifa gets released in NA before EU, you know something is wrong. It's alright though, I've waited for this game for years upon years, a few days won't matter that much.

Wasn't planning too, but now that I have checked the demo I am seriously considering it. Might turn out to be an impulse buy if my path takes me past Best Buy this week.

You realize that release dates aren't different in EU because "fuck 'em," right?

Just ordered it from the UK since games are way cheaper over there than they are here in Germany. As others have already mentioned, we Europeans have to wait a few days longer. :(

I wonder whether this week's TNT will be SSX, leaving out Europeans completely, or whether they will make SSX next week's game.

Yea got it paid off at an eb here, can't wait! My two year old daughter loves it as well we have been playing Tricky on our Wii to prepare :p

@CptBedlam: Well, I thought they said there might not be a TNT this week? SSX isn't that great of a TNT game anyway since there's no actual multiplayer. Which means Europeans can't really be left out. That and technically, it'd be on sale at some places right around when the TNT starts. Since 4PM Pacific would be midnight in London.

I am. Luckily my only Tuesday class gets out five minute before the stores open so I can get the game and then veg out on the slopes all day.

It has MP, like Track mania. You can create a private event that runs for how ever long you want it to and the best times at the end of it wins, you'll be able to see everyone that is racing. They can easily set up a SSX TNT to be like a Trackmania TNT, the only thing though is that don't think the tracks loop at all.

PS: Was looking at IGN video review, they really went full out on the heavy drops...

Still heavily on the fence about it so prolly just gonna rent it tomorrow. For some reason seeing myself not do all that good in the demo didn't drive my want for the game all that much. I like the series enough though to not pass up on this go around though. Might be nit-picky but seeing on the screen duplicate trick sortof deters me. It's like a punishment message when I see it. I like to just do tricks and get points and have fun. Seeing that message sortof breaks me from the game a little. I guess my days from the early tony hawk games are conflicting with ssx a bit. Idk =/ one of a few small gripes of mine but I'll still give it a go.

I've been waiting this whole generation of consoles for a new SSX, so I was sold day one, but that demo is making me crazy that that game isn't in my xbox right NOW!!!!

I haven't been this excited since Dark Souls was coming out.

Just noticed that my pre-order copy was sent today, so hopefully I'll have it by wednesday, before the European release.

I'll be getting it tomorrow afternoon from Amazon. Looking forward to playing it. I had a blast with the demo.

I'll wait until the end of next month, and depending on how much money I have left, I'll get it then or in the beginning of April. Have to buy ME3 on first.

Looks like a lot of fun, but I've got too many games right now. And with ME3 right around the corner, I just don't need another game right now.

Yup, I've had it pre-ordered on Amazon for awhile. My classes end before the UPS guy gets to my house, so I'm all set to waste away playing this game.

I'll be picking it up Thursday or Friday. The demo blew me away.

Any news on when reviews are gonna hit? Thought they'd have hit the web by now, not a huge deal for me as I was getting the game anyway (long time fan) but interested to read more about the game.

I couldn't care less about Mass Effect 3 (I didn't 'get' why people adored ME2 so much) so happy to spend my cash on SSX, that and I have finally decided to get around to playing Skyrim so yeah... you can imagine I'll be playing that for a while :D

As for special plans, this is the first game in 20 years I'll be unemployed for and hence able to stay home and play all day. That's my plan!

Nope, I'm getting Devil Survivor 2 tomorrow, but at some point I will get SSX. I really enjoyed SSX Tricky.
