Hi guys.

I just bought Shadow of Chernobyl on steam and I want to get the Stalker Complete mod for it, except I've never done anything like this before and don't even know where to start. If someone could just point me in the right direction on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated.

I think when you download the Complete Mod from ModDB it is just an .exe installer file, so pretty much no work required there.

EDIT: Gah, didn't see you bought it on Steam, then I'm not that sure that'll just work...

I have the Steam version and the mod will pretty much install itself.  Easiest experience you can have with mods.  Just follow the steps included in the readme or on the site you download from.

Okay, I downloaded the mod and the first time I tried it I didn't have the game running, so it didn't do anything. But the second time I launched it with the game running and it worked fine, thanks guys.

Download it, and launch the installer. The mod is perfectly compatible with Steam.

Edit: Oh well
