Bad, this game is. Play it, you must not.

This game, which features the voice actors from the show of the same name (including Matt Lenter, James Arnold Taylor, and Ashley Eckstein) follows the adventures of Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, and other Jedi and clone troopers during the Clone Wars. The Confederacy of Independent Systems recruits Skakoan scientist Kul Teska to develop a new superweapon, prompting an investigation by the Galactic Republic, who attempts to stop its construction.

First things first, the game is filled to the brim with glitches:

    • The players can glitch through walls and the floor resulting in either death or the game breaking.
    • Enemies can also become glitched in similar ways, like getting stuck in walls.
    • There are also glitches where the game seemingly progresses by itself before the players complete the given objectives.
    • The platforming is automatically guided by the game, but only registers sometimes resulting in deaths.

The title screen is really blurry and looks like a stock image. In fact the graphics are blurry and glitchy with many performance issues, especially compared to The Force Unleashed released a year earlier. The PS2 and Wii versions also have worsened graphics and an unstable framerate. The cutscenes also have stiff and robotic animation. The graphics do at least look exactly like the show that the game is based on.

The dreadful camera is far away from the players, resulting in many deaths. Speaking of deaths, there is no penalty for dying aside from losing points. You simply respawn immediately after dying.

The controls are bad, especially the platforming, that results in a ton of deaths from falling off of things. The platforming guides itself, as mentioned before, ends up being confusing to those accustomed to playing platformers.

Enemies put up almost no resistance and most are killed by one hit. The villain, Kul Teska, looks really cool otherwise, even if his bosses get repetitive.

The Droid-Jak ability makes no sense. The ability allows Jedi to control droids by sticking their lightsabers through the droid's head. Lightsabers are not a hacking tool, it should disable the droid completely. There is also an upgrade system, but it's completely useless because the game is ridiculously easy.

The game stops to give you hints too often. These hints interrupt the game and force the player to skip through them. They often also tell the player useless information that they already know.

Playing co-op can make the game slightly more tolerable, but add in boring, throwaway puzzles, the mediocre story, the cheesy voice acting and constant cringe-worthy one-liners, and Star Wars nerds will be disappointed.
