In the preorder case there was a notice telling about the possibility of playing the game four days prior to the official release of the game.

It might be a minority, but I'm still not playing, and sad by seeing such a great company going back on their word, with little to no apology to the people who pre-order it and now don't what they paid for.

Aiy, same here, well kinda at least. I got the collectors edition, so I can't get any early access till it arrives... which is after the 20th.

are you not playing because they wont let you, or are you not playing because you don't have time, because if you don't have time then that's not their fault. I realize that the ques are disappointing, but unless the servers are down they are not going back on there word.

I'm not playing because I'm not allowed to play.

I'm not playing because I've been hit by both account bugs, pre-orders no activating and then - after having played about 2 hours of the game and logging - my security questions "bugged" and now my account is locked.

Followed by having no answer from 24/7 customer services and unable to talk to anyone to reset my questions on the 0800 phone line. I am now unable to log in to the website to cancel my fucking account.

Did you register your preorder code? That's the only way you can play before release, right?

I have. Still that doesn't help. I contacted costumer service, but I'm not a very happy panda right now. :p

I've been playing it for last 3 days and even got my Game in the case.

I don't know what all the fuss is about (as there are wait ques so I know a lot more then just me are playing already), but I'm sorry that you have to wait.

Bummer. With the crazy amount of people playing I assumed that they were just letting everyone in who preordered.

Apparently it looks like the preorder code I entered before isn't active for whatever reason, and it doesn't validate now. I probably shouldn't have bought the game at launch. ugh ><

I've got mine installed and ready to go, just waiting for it to hit midnight now :D

I'm in the same boat, I was a little pissed off initially but I could care less right now, I'm just enjoying some BF3 until its release

I pre-ordered the game, put in the code, and later cancelled my pre-order because I didn't have enough money in the Visa gift card I used. Everything works fine for me.

I suggest that you call EA instead of emailing or doing the live chat. I heard you get a better experience that way.

I got it fixed. I had a second preorder code. At least it is working now... :/

I do! That means I will be playing the game soon! This has to be a launch update for the game. 9pm PST is 12:00am EST so I think this is technically the launch but the early access window got pushed back to Dec 22 now we are in overlap land. Maybe it's only pushed back for some people.

I hope they give out free prizes or pets or something for being here at launch!

Early access was granted in waves based on date of registering your preorder code. Preordered mine the day it was announced. Have had early access since the 13th. More than the 5 days early that was advertised.

At least you'll get to play the game. I live in Singapore, I'll probably never play it... :(

i got the digital deluxe edition on saturday at around 11 am i was playing by saturday 3 pm and have been playing since then without issue. And i am really liking the game my sith marauder is lvl 25 and i just got to tatooine. this game just may ruin my life.

Having never played an MMO before, I was just about ready to sink some time and money into this one... but I can't. Origin won't let me buy it.

I never thought I'd see the day where EA make it impossible to give them money.

Kinda annoyed, cos I was actually looking forward to playing this... but ahh well.

Anyone have any ideas as to when it'll become available again?

It is available on retail.

I'm pissed about not being able to play a lot of games - this included. That my computer can even run Torchlight is a blessing.
