    I tried origin but so many people buying there huge wait. I tried gamestop.ca but i still have not gotten a code apparently they have not got them yet.  Is there any site with codes now?

    I can confirm that, for Canadians, Microplay doesn't seem to have the game listed for pre-orders yet.
