I've searched through the database and cannot find this game. Am I missing something? This is the 1983 vector graphics based game. If it's in here can someone assist me in locating it? I had a submission rejected stating that the 1983 arcade game is already in here but for the life of me I can't find it. Thanks in advance for any assistance :)

No, the 1983 game. Those games came later. I'm still not convinced it's in this DB but I could be wrong. Anyway, it looks like this:
The game was developed by Atari with input from George Lucas and released in 1983. There was an Empire Strikes Back upgrade/mod for the cabinet released in 1984. There were two models. The upright and the cockpit. The cockpit model looked like this:
