    Not a bad theory. What I'm worried about is what happens to people who buy an EA game from Steam that is later removed? Can they still play it? How do they download it a second time? If the answer to those questions is no, is there a refund?
     
    My copy of Bad Company 2 is from the EA store, but only because it was a killer deal. I really wish I had it on Steam though, which is why I'm watching the BF3 info. From what I know so far, BF3 has a special version that will be exclusive to Origin. But the regular version will be available elsewhere.
